## Built by Landlords. Designed for Landlords. Based Lettings didn’t start as a traditional letting agency. We started as landlords managing our own HMOs - investing heavily in the right systems, processes and standards because we were frustrated with how most agents operated. When we realised we had already built everything needed to run properties properly, we decided to offer that same standard of service to other landlords. Today, we specialise in high-quality HMO and property management across Stafford and Staffordshire - focused on doing things the right way, not the easy way.
